By registering an account or accessing any part of jitween, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms in their entirety. You Must Be 18 or Older
jitween is strictly an adult gaming platform. Players must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register, deposit, play, or withdraw. Age verification is mandatory, and underage accounts are immediately closed with any balance refunded minus applicable processing fees.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one jitween account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension. Winnings generated on duplicate accounts are forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
Deposits Are for Gaming Purposes
Funds deposited into a jitween account are intended exclusively for legitimate gaming activity. jitween is not a financial institution, and accounts must not be used as a mechanism for transferring or holding funds unrelated to gameplay. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the original deposit.
Bonus Terms Are Binding
All bonus offers, free spins, reload promotions, and cashback deals are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns — such as placing opposing bets across accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
Security Is a Shared Responsibility
jitween employs 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to protect player accounts. However, players are equally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. jitween will not be held liable for losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their username and password. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
These Terms May Be Updated
jitween reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of jitween after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitween ("jitween", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jitween.net. By accessing or using any part of jitween — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jitween and must not attempt to create an account or access any service offered on this platform. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policies, and responsible gaming guidelines that are published on jitween, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All communications between jitween and its players — including account notices, promotional offers, withdrawal confirmations, and dispute correspondence — will be conducted in English. jitween is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All monetary values on this platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated. All transactions are processed in BDT via locally supported mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to jitween and all services offered on this platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jitween operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a jitween employee where such participation is restricted under jitween's internal policies.
- You are not using any automated device, script, bot, spider, or other non-human mechanism to access jitween or participate in any game or betting market.
jitween reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point — including at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any time at its sole discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by jitween will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.
18+ Only: Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. jitween takes its obligation to prevent underage access seriously. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds held in the account will be refunded to the payment method on file (less any processing fees), and all winnings will be forfeited in full. jitween may also report confirmed cases of underage registration to relevant authorities.
Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are strongly encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services including jitween. If you become aware that a minor has accessed jitween using your account credentials, you must notify jitween immediately at [email protected] and take steps to secure your account.
03 Account Registration & Security
To access jitween's gaming and betting services, you must create a personal player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique and secure password.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jitween account. The existence of more than one account registered to the same individual — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jitween employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances or winnings held within them will be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jitween will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that takes place on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitween immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Account Verification (KYC)
jitween operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations relating to fraud prevention and responsible gaming. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh, or a selfie photograph alongside your identity document. jitween reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): jitween strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS OTP on your account. This adds a second layer of security to your login process and helps protect your account and funds in the event your password is compromised. 2FA can be enabled from your account security settings after jitween Login.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on jitween are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jitween supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change; jitween will notify players of any material changes to supported payment methods via their registered account email.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by jitween at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your jitween account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jitween does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with jitween's anti-money laundering procedures. Processing times for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically between one (1) and four (4) hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or during national holidays including Eid and Durga Puja.
jitween reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have outstanding unresolved KYC requests, accounts subject to responsible gaming self-exclusion, or accounts under fraud investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: jitween is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits made to jitween must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. jitween reserves the right to void bets and withhold withdrawal requests pending full investigation where suspicious financial activity is detected.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
jitween periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and cashback deals to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-associated balance.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, placing low-risk opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other form of irregular play — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently suspended.
- jitween's Discretion: jitween reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or amend any promotional offer at any time. jitween also reserves the right to exclude specific players from individual promotions where there is evidence of prior bonus abuse.
Players who wish to opt out of receiving promotional communications may do so by updating their notification preferences in account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect a player's ability to access standard platform features.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
jitween offers a wide range of gaming products including cricket and sports betting markets, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, andar bahar, teen patti, dragon tiger), slot games, and fishing arcade titles. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the individual game interface or game information section.
Sports Betting
Betting markets on jitween — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, and kabaddi — are offered subject to standard sportsbook rules. jitween reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been suspended, incorrectly priced, or affected by a system error. In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability; jitween is not liable for bets not recorded due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
RNG Games
All non-live casino games on jitween — including slots and fishing arcade games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are not influenced by previous game results, bet sizes, player status, or any external factor. The RNG systems used by jitween's third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe are independently certified for randomness and fairness.
Live Casino
Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios operate under the rules of the respective game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disruption mid-game, jitween will follow the resolution policy of the relevant game provider, which may include voiding the affected round and returning bets to player balances.
Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, jitween will attempt to complete the round according to the game's default rules. jitween is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side connectivity failures, power interruptions, or device malfunctions.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on jitween. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using jitween while underage or knowingly allowing an underage person to use your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in jitween's platform. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit are void, and the player is obligated to report the bug to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using jitween's platform or payment infrastructure.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with jitween's software, servers, or databases.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jitween staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent jitween's access controls or geographic restrictions.
jitween employs a range of fraud detection and behavioural monitoring tools. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly before action is taken. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] with full supporting documentation.
08 Account Closure & Suspension
Either the player or jitween may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
Players who wish to close their jitween account voluntarily may do so by submitting a written closure request to [email protected] from the email address registered to their account. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure request — provided it is not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement or pending KYC hold — will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion period via jitween's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion can be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day. Suspension or Closure by jitween
jitween reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
- Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where jitween closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited at jitween's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where closure is initiated by jitween for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., business cessation), all verified balances will be returned to players via their registered payment method.
Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. jitween will send a notification to the registered account email at least thirty (30) days prior to applying an inactivity fee or closing the account. Players may reactivate their account at any time before the inactivity threshold is reached by logging in at jitween Login.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of jitween shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, jitween encourages players to first contact the support team at [email protected], where the majority of issues can be resolved promptly and amicably. jitween will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jitween's internal process, the matter may be referred to independent mediation. jitween's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, RNG results, bonus eligibility, and fraud investigations is final, subject only to demonstrable factual error.
