jitween takes its age restriction obligation seriously. How Self-Exclusion Works

When you request self-exclusion from jitween, the following steps happen immediately upon processing of your request: your account is locked and made inaccessible for all gaming and deposit activity; your account is removed from all marketing lists and you will receive no further promotional emails, SMS messages, or other communications from jitween; and any pending withdrawal requests for funds already in your account will continue to be processed to your designated payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) during the exclusion period.

Self-Exclusion Periods

• 6 Months: The minimum self-exclusion period available on jitween. Suitable for players who want a defined medium-term break from gambling activity.
• 12 Months: A one-year self-exclusion. During this period, jitween will not accept any request to reopen the account regardless of the reason given.

05 Deposit & Spending Limits

Types of Financial Limits Available

Daily Deposit Limit: The maximum total amount (in BDT) that can be deposited into your jitween account within any rolling 24-hour period. For example, if you set a daily limit of ৳2,000, jitween will decline any deposit attempt that would cause your 24-hour total to exceed ৳2,000.

Weekly Deposit Limit: The maximum total amount deposited within any rolling 7-day period. This is useful for players who prefer to think in weekly budgets rather than daily ones.

Monthly Deposit Limit: The maximum total amount deposited within any rolling 30-day period. This is the recommended limit type for players who want to set and forget their gambling budget on a monthly basis.

06 Time-Out & Reality Check

Not every situation calls for a full self-exclusion. Time-Out Feature

The time-out feature allows you to temporarily lock your jitween account for a fixed period without permanently closing it. Time-out periods available on jitween are: 24 hours, 72 hours (3 days), 7 days, and 30 days. During a time-out: you cannot log in to your jitween account; you cannot make deposits or place bets; you will not receive any marketing or promotional communications from jitween; and any withdrawal requests already submitted prior to the time-out will be processed normally.

At the end of the time-out period, your account will be automatically restored to active status. You will not be prompted to resume gaming — the restoration is silent.
